Our beliefs
The Rompa Group's overall policy includes such aspects as quality assurance, safe working conditions and environmental protection through preventative action and continuous improvement, with the focus on avoiding personal injury, material damage and environmental impact, and on manufacturing products that meet customer requirements.
The feasibility of this policy relies on total employee commitment. The Rompa-Group aims to create a work environment where each individual is responsible for quality, working conditions and protecting the environment.
We operate in a way that prevents damage to people’s health, and we do everything in our power to meet the environmental standards laid down for business management, either by the Government or in agreements. Statutory provisions and requirements arising from covenants or other voluntary agreements are the minimum requirements for which our policies are carried out.
One of our main priorities is the health and safety of our workers and, with a great deal of respect for people and for nature, we endeavour to maintain both pleasant and safe working conditions.
Constant attention is paid to developing processes that provide quality and to find solutions for environmental constraints and challenges paramount to our products and production solutions.
