Structure of the Rompa Group
The Rompa Group has a total workforce of approx. 460 employees. Our production facilities are located the Czech Republic, People’s Republic of China (2x) and the United States of America (co-operation).
The Hoogerman Holding, to which the Rompa Group belongs, has two Directors: Patrick Gerard and Wim van Hoof. Marcel Verbeek is responsible for all European Operations, Jesse Plasman for all Far East Operations. Chris Aho and Wim van Hoof are responsible for the North American operations.
The main competence centre, including design and engineering, is located in Tilburg (the Netherlands), supported by Engineering Departments in Vyskov (CZ) and Jiangmen (PRC)
Separate trading offices are located in Hong Kong and Portland (OR, USA
