Product development
With our own design and product development engineering team, we listen to your specific questions or problems and translate these into innovative products. We start working on the design in our own studio - via our CAD department – and we are always able to come up with a solution which is above average. This is simply because we want to be, and to remain, above average.
For the production we have a skilled team of engineers and highly trained operators at every location, and they are responsible for keeping the tooling and production processes at high quality levels.
The Rompa Group has built up an excellent reputation over the years, and many customers continue to put their trust in us. We have a permanent workforce of approx. 460 people, and our own staff of Industrial Designers and Project Engineers at our disposal
