Step 3: Constructing a prototype

At this stage of the process we typically construct and test several models. First up, we create a mould design. Then we start assembling the various components.

Try-outs

We try out test versions, evaluate them, make adjustments and repeat this process as long as it is necessary in order to get the product up to your and our expectations. Generally, relatively few try-outs are necessary thanks to our design and simulation capabilities as well as our many years of experience. And of course we aim to get it right the first time!

Testing the electronic components

It's not just the plastic prototypes we subject to extensive testing. The printed circuit boards we design for consumer electronics or medical equipment, for instance, are subjected to several series of tests before we move on to the production process.
