Quality Manager

Core tasks:

  • Daily management of the quality department
  • Creating a positive vibe and excellent cooperation between the Rompa employee‘s in other countries is a must and the key to success.
  • Regularly conducting development interviews and, as a result, preparing and following up personal development plans
  • Understanding customer expectations, engage with them and gather product feedback
  • Developing quality control processes and designing product specifications.
  • Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
  • Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
  • Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
  • Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
  • Improving production efficiency and managing waste.
  • Follow up on KPI‘s and improvement of performances

Your profile:

  • A people manager : a mature personality with an active approach and get things done as a team
  • Knowledge of injection moulding/plastic is recommended
  • University degree with technical focus
  • Technical knowledge of machinery and injection molds
  • Managerial skills (ability to lead, support, train and motivate your team)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions in difficult situations. 
  • Time flexibility, perspective, stress resistance
