Sales Manager

Rompa Group is looking for a commercial colleague with knowledge and experience within an international production environment.

Rompa Group has been a specialist in injection molding, assembly and packaging for more than 55 years. We produce tailor-made semi-finished and end products for various industries such as: Automotive, Consumer products, Medical and Industrial appliances. We do this local-for-local in our own factories, on no fewer than three continents: Europe, Asia and North America. Thanks to our custom made service and high quality, appealing multinationals such as Siemens, ABB, Johnson Controls, P&G, Britax-Römer and Philips are happy to work with us.

 

Job description

You are responsible for the industrial business segment. You build strong relationships with your accounts and closely monitor and coordinate them. Sales growth with existing customers is key in our strategy. To achieve this, knowledge of the industrial market is essential, but perhaps even more important is your personality and the ability to communicate and negotiate at high level.

Thinking strategically and acting tactically is why you will excel in this job.

Together with a driven team in the Netherlands and abroad, you pursue targets and actively think about which sales course to sail the coming years.

 

Profile

• You have a bachelor's / master's degree in your pocket, so your analytical skills are on point.

• min. 5 years of experience in a commercial / account management position within a production environment

• You have experience in B2B - negotiating and doing business with multinationals is nothing new for you

• You have strong farming, hunting & management skills

• You radiate enthusiasm and energy

• You can express yourself verbally and in writing in Dutch & English

• Willing to travel regularly (mainly within Europe) - 30%
