Eine gründliche Vorbereitung für das beste Ergebnis
Ihre Wunschliste ist die Grundlage des Produktentwurfs. Die Form haben Sie bereits festgelegt, das Look-and-feel steht fest. Anhand der Vorgaben konstruieren wir dann ggf. den mechanischen und elektronischen Teil. Um sicherzustellen, dass diese Entwürfe korrekt sind, fertigen wir zunächst einen Prototyp an.
Ein realistisches Design
Prototyping ist Teil der Produktentwicklung. Anhand des konzeptuellen Produktdesigns erstellen wir ein 3D-Modell. Auf diese Weise können wir beurteilen ob das angestrebte Design realisierbar ist und inwiefern es den Anforderungen entspricht. Auch Labor- und Endverbrauchertests können Teil dieses Prozesses sein. Letztendlich wird das Design für eine optimale Produktion angepasst.
