Account Manager

As account manager, you are responsible for your accounts and supportive within the communication towards local accounts in different segments. On the one hand, you are operationally involved with the local customers, and you ensure that everything runs smoothly within your facility. On the other hand, you are responsible for the execution of the sales strategy within your region and taking responsibility for this together with the global team.

Who are we?

Rompa Group has been a specialist in injection molding, assembly, and packaging for more than 55 years. We produce tailor-made semi-finished and end products for various industries such as: Automotive and Industrial appliances. We do this local-for-local in our own factories, on no fewer than three continents: Europe, Asia and North America.

Knowledge required

  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Client-oriented and analytical.
  • Proven sales track record and experience in B2B production sales.
  • Ability to discuss business processes with the customer.
  • Organized and proactive.
  • Ability to motivate self and others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain good relationship with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in account management in a production environment (injection-molding preferred).
  • Desirable experience in transnational corporations.
  • Use of SAP system, salesforce, Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree or masters.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Advanced English.
