Rompa enters the top 100 of best manufacturing companies in the Netherlands

26 September 2017

Last week, our CEO Patrick Gerard received some news that got us all very excited. Rompa has been selected as one of the 100 best manufacturing companies in the Netherlands by the MT Media Group. The list, which is compiled annually, consists of organisations that together form “the backbone of the Dutch industrial sector,” according to MT.

For this top 100, organisations were evaluated based on four criteria: revenue, average revenue growth, profit growth and return on investment over the past five years. As a new entrant on this list, Rompa immediately reached 55th place. We are of course very proud of this achievement.

Incentives for the future
It also stimulates us to realise our ambitions as an innovative full-service supplier and continue to take new steps towards an even larger range of plastic products, sub-assemblies and finished products. Patrick Gerard: “Rompa wants to get ahead and achieve an annual growth between 10 and 20%. We are looking forward to a future where we can keep treating our clients with excellent service from all of our factories worldwide.”

HeldenDiner
Earning a place in the top 100 comes with a special surprise. Patrick Gerard and several dozen colleagues have been invited to the exclusive HeldenDiner. This evening is all about one of the icons of the manufacturing industry: Charles Theodorus Stork. Stork’s current CEO hosts the event and will explain what their founder has done for his employees and the region. We are honoured to attend this event and look forward to what will undoubtedly be an inspiring evening!
